NYD

In rural communities in America, a dog that is tied up in a black person's yard through all seasons. Typically has matted fur, fleas, and a frozen water dish in the winter. The YD stands for "yard dog."

Me: I found this dog in a dumpster, and I cant tell what breed it is
My brother: looks like a NYD to me
