The lack of physical and mental actions by a Non Player Character often leading to multiple negative outcomes at the cost of the public’s competency often on roadways, stores, schools, public arenas, etc…

The idiot causing the traffic is to busy NPCing to fucking pay attention to the parked car with its hazard lights on!

I hate going to Target every register line is full of shoppers to busy NPCing instead of moving the line along!

That dumb fuck is NPCing instead of doing his job at the DMV !
