A word used in pretty much any situation, though is most commonly used while using drugs. May be used whenever something good happens, or just simply make a statement. Pioneered by the great John Joseph McCluskey, this saying is sweeping the Sparrows Point/North Point Village area like a hurricane.
Urban phrase bastardising the simple phrase - "Pardon me my african american friend"
Often used in a surprised manner, possibly in defence of an accusation of the thievery of drugs or guns.
