Acronym: Not Been Punched Enough. Describes a medical condition where the sufferer believes themselves to be somehow better than the rest of the population of the planet simply because they have Not Been Punched Enough. The puncher of said sufferer will have been driven mad by the NBPE person's actions and will deliver the only cure available: A damn good punching.
People who drive too slowly in the fast lane or don't signal before turning or lane changes suffer from NBPE.
