When a man is acting like "Mr. Big Shot" by using his money and he uses it to control others, people he barley knows so he throws his money around- giving it away and spending big in front of people to win them over and try to make it looks like he's important and well liked.......when the truth is he is a loser, a nobody, has to buy his friends, and has a insane fear of people not liking him and very low self esteem. Also the only sex he gets is from prostitutes and in that case he is a jew with his money.

Michael never intends on opening that business, he just likes playing "Mr. Big Shot" with all the homeless people he has hired to redesign the building.
