moonshadowing 

To moonshadow, or engage in moonshadowing is to engage in an emotional clearing technique where one allows sorrow and emotional pain to pass through one's self by allowance and openness, with the intent to allow it's culmination. Moonshadowing is considered a spiritual practice by many.
I performed moonshadowing for the loss of my son. I moonshadowed for the pain caused by my divorce.

Someone or something that bites your ankles.

When a man will search for hours to find something that is laying out in the open on a table. Items are often easily found by a women.
Man: "I have been searching for hours for keys."
Woman: "You mean the ones sitting there on the coffee table?"
Man: "Where?"
Woman: "Right there in the middle of that table."
