Meyjeyz can be used as many words such as if something spectacular or shocking happens.. it's a Meyjeyz it all depends on the context.

E.G. "last night was a Meyjeyz "

E.G. "Margot Robbie is a Meyjeyz"

It can be used to describe a good or bad situation almost like a "madness" is used in UK Slang
