Metaxism is an authoritarian nationalist ideology associated with Greek dictator Ioannis Metaxas, It called for the regeneration of the Greek nation and the establishment of a modern, culturally homogenous Greece. Metaxism disparaged liberalism and individualism as roots of cultural degeneracy.
