(n., Japanese メスガキ, probably from 雌 (mesu) "female" + ガキ (gaki) "brat")

Usually derogatory. A mesugaki is a kusogaki who is a brash, devilish little girl (often times a loli) who teases adult men, typically in a vulgar manner, sometimes overly promiscuously.

Pixiv dictionary attests that the term has been used since at least 1996, in Kindaichi Shonen no Jikenbo (金田一少年の事件簿).

The male counterpart is "osugaki", but this term is extremely rarely used.

Mesugaki 

A Japanese word, "メスガキ", with Mesu/雌, "Female", and Gaki/ガキ, "Brat".

It's usually used in Porn, Mainly Loli content, to describe a young, bratty girl who likes to tease older men. They usually use crude language, and have an obviously sexual undertone.

derived from「雌」which means feminine, typically in an animalistic sense, and「ガキ」which means brat. it refers to lolis who sexually tease their romance interests in hopes of a reaction.

a mesugaki might say something like "ehh~? what's wrong, oniichan~? can't handle a smol loli like myself in only pantsu and a T-shirt, hmmm~? such a pervy lolicon~!"
