Awesomest Sonic villain EVER. Released in 2006 in Sonic Next Gen, voiced by Dan Green, later obliviated thus breaking the heart of Mephiles fangirls such as myself. Also known as the sexiest cartoon character EVER, better than Shadow the Hedgehog.
