People who try to force medical treatments on people by taking away their rights and ability to interact with others in society.

The CEO of the company is a Mengelerian because he's forcing everyone to get the treatment or he will fire them.

Anyone different is probably from Menga. Menga is an isle in the south pacific ocean by the figi isle chain. Mengeezians make themselves know by the loud and offensive sounds they make while speaking.

Mengelean 

The horrific combination of two uncomplimentary items in one's property. Something so awful that Holocaust scientist Dr. Josef Mengele would have performed an operation to create such a thing.

Note: One could be tried as a War Criminal with a Mengelean creation.

"Dude, check out this smoothie I just made."

"What's in it?"

"Oh, just some sauerkraut and lychee juice."
