A fake, frivolous lawsuit that is so ridiculous or baseless, you can't help but meme it. Often used to refer to the threat of such a lawsuit.

Breadhead 

Someone who is addicted to obtaining money and building wealth. A money addict and fanatic. Breadheads often work more than one full-time job, and some even participate in illicit activities to "obtain the bread".

A breadhead is like a crackhead, but for money instead of crack.
