McStandard

A nouvelle variation on the word ‘standard’ which provides greater verbal flexibility as its triple consonant composition allows the insertion of a word or expletive of the user’s choice. Particularly applicable to the use of the word 'standard' whilst within the confines of a McDonald's. McStandard can also provide colloquial comfort to users of the ordinary word ‘standard’ in the far uncivilised north, that is the land of the Scots.
'Alright mate?'
'McStandard mate! Mc-fucking-standard!'

'How's yo fillet-o-fish cuz?'
'McStandard.'

'AYE! Brucie Maclean! Ye goan te Glasge tinut?
'McStandard yer bonnie lassie!'

Person with old fashioned ideas which he is unwilling to change: Come to the disco and stop being such an old fogey!
You think me an old fogeyand an old tory, his thoughtful voice said. I saw three generations since O’Connel’s time. I remember the famine. Do you know that the orange lodges agitated for repeal of the union twenty years before O’Connel did or before the prelates of your communion denounced him as a demagogue? You fenians forget some things. (James Joyce, Ulysses. Penguin Books,1992. p. 38)
