Lottery Whiner

A person who is always whining about not winning the lottery.

Whiner- Man i never win the lottery I play 20 bucks a day for 20 years and never win big.

Friend says-Hey would you like some cheese to go with that whine? If you don't win than stop playing you Lottery Whiner.
