1. An irritating person or one who is generally unsuccessful in most regards of life.

2. The word to call someone with whom you are displeased or whom you look down on, especially when you cannot think of another word to fit the situation.

The word was invented by Alexandra Nelson, the defendant on an episode of "Judge Judy."
Judge Judy: "What were you cursing at 5 or 6 of his friends for, you idiot? If there were 5 or 6 of his friends, what were you cursing at them for?"

Alexandra Nelson: "Because they're loserds."

Losers Jamboree 

When a bunch of inconsiderate people, (usually next door neighbors) let their house party last into the middle of the night and either have the boom box way too loud, rev up their motorcycles or just be obnoxious drunk loudmouths, in general.
I hope that Losers Jamboree next door will be over soon, so I can get some kind of sleep before I have to get up for work tomorrow!

West Midlands slang word for rockers, bikers, greasers etc. In the late 1980s it was used by the UK music press to refer to a specific scene centered around the bands Pop Will Eat Itself and Crazyhead. The term never found favour with readers of 'the inkies' (Sounds, Melody Maker and the still extant NME) and was soon dropped.
