Hailing from the capital of OWC Norn Iron and a fetish for all things red , white and blue these Neo-Nazis are delusional. Can also be used to describe over the top “EXXXXTREME!!” art found in 90’s comics, insanely poor human anatomy (especially with women) or poorly drawn feet
