A gag name made up by Bart Simpson to prank Moe at the tavern in The Simpsons. The implication was meant to be that the speaker, in this case Moe, had diarrhea.

Bart: I'm looking for a friend, last name: Keybum, first name: Lee.
Moe: Hold on, I'll check. Hey, guys, do I got a Lee Keybum? Come on, look at the stools; is there a Lee Keybum? Oh, someone check the rear. I know I've got a Lee Keybum.
Barney: Then you probably shouldn't be handling food. Ahahaha!
