Lecco gecko

The act of inserting a lizard (not necessarily a gecko) into one's rectum, in order to help achieve sexual gratification. According to urban legend--quite likely fictitious--this was a common practice around Lake Como, in northern Italy (i.e., the region around Lecco.) Northern Italians would sometimes admonish a troublemaker to shove an iguana up his ass--this is believed to be admonishment to try a particularly foolish variant of the Lecco gecko.

"My friend taught me the Lecco gecko as an alternative to gerbling, assuring me that it poses no danger, as lizards can easily squirm out of narrow apertures."
