Experiencing a state of something being extra slow, usually related to technology that you want to throw out the window. You know a lag, or lagging, but for those that can use it in a sentence, then it is known as an abstract noun denoting the quality and state of slowness.

JIRA is being extra special with all of it's lagginess it is preventing me from creating my tickets to assign to the team.
