A woman with Lady Gaga Syndrome is a woman who looks really attractive in some photos's but then ugly in others.

Guy 1: Hey man, look at Megan Fox, she's so hot.
Guy 2: Really hot. Too bad she has Lady Gaga Syndrome.
Guy 1: What?
Guy2: Y'know, sometimes Megan Fox looks really attractive in some photos, and then others looks like she has nothing but a plastic make up face on. Half fugly, half hot.
