Where a man takes a mechanical pencil lead, insert's it halfway into their urethra while erect then breaks it off, after becoming flaccid he will then bend his dick to break it up further. The end result is a grayish bloody liquid the next time he pisses.

It usually means that a girl or guy is behaving in a teasing or sexy way that dupes someone (or several people) into thinking that they will be willing to have sex and/or a relationship with them, but at the last minute they back out of the deal and don't go through with it

(a girl) has been leading on (a guy) for months letting him think that something was going to happened between them but she finaly backed out when (the guy) asked her to be his GF

Leading cadet

Runs around in circles and are slightly co ordinated. Easily tempted by chocolate, and simple to bribe, and are extremely viscious when told there is no chocolate, have tendancies to require very simple words when being given tasks. Experts in broom handling. Approch with caution the smell is toxic.
