koothrapalli Syndrome

Taken from 'The Big Bang Theory', this syndrome makes an individual make up fictional stories of living hard life in third world countries, in order to garner sympathy and attention.
Howard Wolowitz: Do I get an honorable mention for designing the telescope camera mounting bracket you used?

Rajnesh Koothrappali: Sorry; it's not part of my heart-warming and personal narrative, in which a humble boy from New Delhi overcame poverty and prejudice and journeyed to America to reach for the stars.

Howard Wolowitz: Poverty? Your father's a gynecologist. He drives a Bentley.

Rajnesh Koothrappali: It's a lease!

Perfect example of Koothrapalli syndrome

Koothrappali

Named after Rajesh Koothrappali from the big bang theory, pulling a Koothrappali means using alcohol as a crutch for social awkwardness. Frequently used by your stereotypical nerd at parties.
Person A: damn, look at dave hitting up that girl, how the hell is he doing that? He can barely even talk to his teacher!
Person B:Dude, he’s pulling a koothrappali, saw him sneaking a thermos before the party.
Person A:yeah, that explains it.
The grindset is a contemporary ideology of self-exploitation disguised as strength, deeply tied to the aesthetics of the “sigma male” and to new digital forms of patriarchy. It promotes the idea that human worth depends on productivity, economic success, absolute emotional control, and the ability to work endlessly, turning vulnerability, rest, community, and tenderness into signs of weakness. Beneath its rhetoric of discipline and power often lies a profound inability to relate healthily to pain, fragility, and human interdependence.
“That’s the grindset, brother. While weak men sleep and complain, sigma males stay disciplined, work in silence, suppress emotions, and build power while everyone else wastes time chasing comfort.”

An Irish phrase meaning shit, derived from ass
(Not to be confused with the literal description of one's buttocks)
"Did you hear the song Aylek$ dropped?"
"Hardly. Her music is absolute cheeks."

"My boyfriend say LaFlame is cheeks."
"Tell your boyfriend I said it's his mixtape that's cheeks."
