The Kentucky Deluxe is defined as the act of a man engaging in sexual congress with a live hen i.e. female chicken, and then ejaculating all over the chicken before throwing the chicken into a pan of hot oil and deep frying the chicken. After which the man must put the fried chicken back onto his erect penis and serve it to waiting customers, guests, family members, etc.
