Karlson Kay

The Karlson Kay is a noun describing somebody who says "kay" at the end of most every sentance. For example, he or she might say "I'll be over at 4, kay?" In almost all cases, the person will say kay in an annoying and or irritating voice.
That lady has a Karlson Kay at the end of every sentence she says!
