Term used to describe a location that is either remote, worthless or located in the Middle East. The reference to the Middle East is in light of that fact that every third country there ends in "stan".
"Drive three hours to go to a party? Where the fuck is it? Kablackistan?"
"This town is a piece of shit, we might as well be in Kablackistan."
-"My buddy in the Marines is goin overseas in a couple weeks."
