Rehab tactic where the PTA absolutely kicks the patient’s ass with a workout so intense that they are rendered semi-conscious and glued to the couch for the rest of the day. They are thus unable to engage in any more therapy for the week. Often leads to implementation of the Justin fall-back maneuver out of necessity.
