A wonderful, beautiful, and caring young woman. An amazingly unique person to have around. Fun, wise, funny, cute, witty, easy to get along with, envied by many bitches, wanted by many guys, and hated without even trying. A motherly/big sister figure. Cares a lot and loves hard. Very outgoing, yet very shy at the same time. Sporty, yet sexy as fuck. Mature for her age. Always there for anyone. Great at giving advice and helping others. Gives with no expectations of getting back. Multi-talented and never gives up. Very competitive, yet shows great sportsmanship. A leader without trying. Boffin
British slang for a scientist or technical expert, esp . when the speaker is not certain of the expert’s specific field of study. Not necessarily derogatory, but typically used by persons without a technical background. In the US, the equivalent would be “egghead”, “squint”, or “geek.”
Origin of the word is unknown. Started sometime in World War 2. Given the typical evolution of British slang, could easily have started because what these experts did was confusing or “baffling” to the common person.
