A Americanized Dominican who looks black especially because the majority of the Jaissa tribe lives just a ways away from Tampa. A Jaissa is someone who's anything but self centered. She truly cares about everyone and is sometimes even too nice. But don't let this fool you because she can definitely be the biggest bitch you've ever met if you piss this hoe off.
