This abbreviation is used when someone is overreacting to something that's not a big deal, and they just need to relax and laugh about it.

Can also be used to mean "just laughin, just chillin" to describe what you're doing

Y: OMG WHY WOULD YOU POST THAT PICTURE?!?!?!
E: jljc, erryone thought it was hilarious.
