When somebody pulls a 'JDawgie', he or she reads your message, but doesn't respond.

"Damn, I see he read my message, why does he not respond? This guy is always pulling a JDawgie on me!"

Mostly used as a verb. The act of being clueless, stupid, or just flat out retarded when it comes to hosting anything on the Internet.

He just tried to host that picture straight from his computer..lol. He just Jdawged himself!
