This is an expression much like I have to pee like a monster. Also known as I have to pee like a pregnant woman, this phrase refers to how pregnant women have to pee a lot.

When one has to pee really bad, they have to pee like a monster. When you have to pee so bad you can't wait. Having to pee to the extreme. Getting upset because there is no where to pee.

When one has to pee uncontrollably,for long periods of time. Just as a bandit, I assume, would have to pee uncontrollably after bouncing up and down on a horse for several hours.
