A person who has many skills and unreal ability to locate and obtain merchandise at a dis count rate or absolutely free , usually in need of repair , and never stolen (mainly bodymen) Then re-sells the merchandise and passes the savings on to the buyer , these persons work in a extremely loud environment with lots of activity.

My neighbor plays his music very loud he was repairing a motorcycle which I found to be economically friendly and economically smart to purchase so I bought it from him he’s the best hustle and bustler in town
