The word used right after a question from someone who is persistent for an immediate answer. This person will often ask random questions just to start conversation without giving you a chance to reply before they ask another question.
Ricky: "what did you think of those titties? - Huh?"

Bob: no reply

Ricky: "hey, what are you doing after work today? - Huh?"

Bob: looks at Ricky but didnt hear him.

Ricky: "you gonna take your truck in to the shop or what? I told ya I can give you a ride. - Huh?"

Bob: "god damn man! would you give me a second to answer you?!"
