When a person feels defeated. When a person feels degraded or shamed. When a person gets caught telling a lie. When you get yelled at and feel like crap. When you've had a hard day at work and you feel drained.
My whole life I fell like I've been horriblized. Another day horriblized makes me feel worthless and weak. Felling horriblized is not a good way to go through life.
