The act of excessively honking ones horn when an automobile in front of you is turning very slowly. Often times the person getting honked out is either elderly, or just a piece of shit driver.
Seth: I was in such a hurry to get home today after I got done tanning and working out, I didn't want to miss the new episode of Jersey Shore, but this asshole in front of me took forever to turn.
James: Well did you honk his shit out?
Seth: Hell yeah I did, left my horn on for atleast 10 seconds after.
