Launched in Seattle in 2009 by Philly MC (Andrew Callaghan) to bring focus to the underground middle school hip hop scene. With starting hits like 'throw it in the bag' HoldOut Records is a succesful Washington Middle School rap group trying to uprise in a Captiol Hill basement studio with a microphone and a script. The Members of HoldOut Records are- Lyrical J, J- Byrd, Lil Frosty, A-Teezy, Manny, X, Sneek, Philly MC, The Baker
