A "Hoet" is a hoe (commonly found on the streets around midnight) with a third eye. These types of hoe (commonly called Super Hoes by a pimp) are extremely rare and hard to find. You are considered very lucky to find a Hoet.

A person(specifically female) who has a crush on multiple guys at once. To be considered hoete, a the person must act in some way edgy, socializes with boys(exclusively) on topics like Fortnite. A good sign someone is a hoete is if they have colored hair(though not all hoetes have colored hair). A sure sign someone is a hoete is if they say boys are cute, then to not add them to their crushes list.
