Hitch-Bitch Slap

To lightly smack someone across the face in admonishing manner for doing something lame, reminiscent of Will Smith slapping Kevin James in the Movie "Hitch".

He got in my car with a lit cigarette, but after I Hitch-Bitch slapped him, he put it out.
