Although not identified as gender specific, the term "High Mileage" in a slang context is generally defined as any woman who is either known or perceived to have been with numerous sexual partners.

The term may also be seen or written as High-Mileage.
Thomas was becoming interested in Maxine but decided against it upon hearing she had a reputation for being a high mileage girl.

Term used in reference towards a chick that has been more than likely around the world and back in the slut/skank/whore department...which has taken a total on her physical condition either down or upstairs but usually both.
