When a person has long legs and a short torso, and also wears his pants up high, so that it looks like his butt goes up to his shoulder blades.
If your friend is named Joey and he has a high butt, you would say, "Joey High Butt" wipes his butt like this {then motion like you're rubbing your back}".

high butt crack syndrome
A contagious disease that affects young men (mostly) whos buttcracks are to high to fit in their pants. Most commonly found in groups of swagfags, ghetto wannabes, as well as "gangstas" as they put it. Can be cured with a belt or pulling up your pants. Also known as sagging.

Adjective. Used to describe persons who have adjusted or altered their lifestyle for environmental reasons. Crunchy persons tend to be politically strongly left-leaning and may be additionally but not exclusively categorized as vegetarians, vegans, eco-tarians, conservationists, environmentalists, neo-hippies, tree huggers, nature enthusiasts, etc.
