It's meant to take you're work-out to godly levels and increase your performance in all things dramatically. Side effects range from mild to straight erroneous.
Nick- Man, my work-outs have been lacking and I've been kinda down lately.

Alec- I have the solution. Heroids. It'll improve every single thing you need it too almost immediately.

Nick- Wow! Sounds intense.

Stefan- I've been taking heroids for years, that's why my performance in everything has improved to god-like levels.

Alec- Is that proof enough for you?

Nick- More than enough, pass that shit over here.

Heroinsmith

The very first video game which teaches you how to shoot up with real needles. Heroinsmith is a lot like it's predecessor, Heroin Hero, but it uses real needles and real heroin instead of simulated heroin. Heroinsmith is usually played before playing Rocksmith to help you relax before playing.
I fucked up my Rocksmith career by playing too much Heroinsmith.

Manufactured heroism

When someone or some people creates a problem that he/they can solve to get praised by people who know not the plan from the onset.
The government banned motorcycle ride sharing so thousands of people are inconvenienced. A politician then cancels the ban under "his" efforts and get praised. He is said to have manufactured heroism.

an heroism

The act of being an hero, or an act that is particularly an heroic.
"What happened after he lost his iPod was a perfect display of an heroism."
When someone tries to accomplish something that is near impossible to look cool and/or skillful and fails miserably in the process (can happen in the gaming world and in real life). Usually results in embarrassment and ridicule from friends.
Friend: Why'd you have to go and pull heroics? Now you look like a goon
