One who partakes in acts generally associated with the ideology of ho-dom. A term of endearment which consists of a shortening of home-skillet biscuit, usually a female teenager named Allison who likes to pick lint.

when someone does a small feat and gets excited or acts overly proud, someone who is making fun of them for being so excited or proud over such a small feat would say it sarcastically.
