Hele Hele is a compliment for someone doing something cool, doing something good. Its often used as a funnier way of saying "good job". It has an arabic heritage. It is often used ironically for someone doing something easy.

An Incredible place known for the seagull-feeding Chinese and the Farmfoods. Younguns often hand around here smoking and drinking, while their parents are off fucking men left, right and centre to try and get some more child benefits to feed their addictions.
