Hoshi’s stage name stands for 호랑이 + 시선 meaning eyes of tiger or tiger gaze because of his charismatic stage presence and performance and he has since openly shown his love for tigers, even creating Horanghae ( a combination of the phrase I love you and tiger) to show his love for his fans (carats). He used the term quite often, like when greeting fans, doing vlives, and even his concert ending-ments because of his huge love for his carats and tigers ! The term even spread in the group and now each member has their own version (made up of their name and “I love you”) that they use to express their love to their fans!
