A tattoo commonly found by those who are not concerned with the need for permanent employment such as wastoids. Often shoddy in appearance as they are done illegally these tattoos are common among the lower class and post punk MTV "rebels" AKA the ironically unemployed and the more skanky sorority girls AKA the town bike.
