When you pump up the kaioken multiplier to such a degree that the kaioken strain actually destroys (hakai) you

King Kai: "Goku! if you use Kaioken on top of Ultra Instinct it will kill you!"

Goku: "Yeah, but I need to beat Granola! I have to go EVEN FURTHER BEYOND! KAIOKEN TIMES ONE MILLION!!!"

King Kai: "You fool! The strain will kill you!"

Goku: *dies from kaioken strain*

King Kai: "You just hakaioken'd yourself"

When you pump up the kaioken multiplier so much that it physically destroys you. Often happens when you try to go beyond Kaioken x100

King Kai: 'Goku! you've reached your limit! Stop amping the Kaioken multiplier!"

Goku: "It won't be enough to beat Granolah! I have to go EVEN FURTHER BEYOND! KAIOKEN TIMES ONE MILLION!!!"
