The lesser know brethren of a hard working migrant worker that poses as a reputable subcontractor, often showing impressive portfolios showcasing his skills to the "mark"(victim) . The gypsykin knows how to put a smokescreen up in the form of a language barrier that is often made to seem cute or whimsical designed to put the " mark " at ease so they will let their guard down enough that they will provide a deposit for work to be done the whole time knowing that said work will never be done then absconding with the money and on to the next victim.
