A Gen X man whose sensibilities lie somewhere in the space between Boomer and Edgelord. Recognizing that their jokes offend some, they partially redact statements by mildly defending them with another equally offensive attempt at humor. They neither fully endorse the "always right" ways of the Boomer, nor the nihilistic "everyone's wrong" ways of the edgelord.
"He did an impression, then said Apu in The Simpsons was still hilariously funny and we're losing our sense of humor. I said it was offensive, and he responded with a joke about asking the guy at 7-11 if it offended them, but they 'turned out to be Mexican and that explains the salsa slurpees'. Ugh, they aren't the worst, but definitely a Gristlelord."
