Gristle snorkel 

A piece of gristle found typically in meat sauce or lasagna, especially a dish that you are thoroughly enjoying. Gristle Snorkel appears out of nowhere, and once sighted, has an immediate stomach turning effect. Can cause instant vegetarianism, but that does pass.

This spaghetti is amazing.. Oh no.. Gristle Snorkel has put me off. Caesar salad please waiter.
