Grenalean 

The mixture of grenadine and a soda, (often sprite) to create an extremely addictive drug. The practice of mixing grenadine with sprite was heavily influenced by the drug often referred to as lean in pop culture which usually consists of codeine and sprite. Grenalean is only drank by OG FOH members.

A form of attack combining the naenae and the act of throwing a grenade

The grenaenae can be used anywhere which is possible, such as real life if the individual can legally get hold of a grenade. Or videogames that involve the use of grenades

Some might even go as far as to say pipe bombs, Molotov cocktails, and throwable sticky bombs are forms of grenades capable of grenaenae use. Though be careful when using Molotov cocktails.
